Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
