SORAI Matcha is produced from Japanese Yabukita tea plants that are carefully cultivated using traditional shade-growing techniques. The plants are grown under controlled conditions and shaded before harvest to enhance smoothness, color, and sweetness. After harvesting, the leaves are gently processed and finely milled to preserve flavor and quality.
